Gates Open at 8am. Bidding Starts at 9:30am.
1. You must register to enter, please have a valid driver’s license ready.
2. Everything must be paid for today, regardless of when it is picked up.
3. All sales are final.
4. Do not move merchandise without auction personal present.
5. All merchandise is sold: AS IS, WHERE IS, without guarantees of any kind.
6. Plain clothes security personnel are present. Any person caught tampering with tags, rearranging merchandize or shop lifting will be prosecuted.
7. The order of the sale has already been established please do not ask to have items sold out of order.
8. All vehicles have to be hauled off Auction property. At the end of Auction.
9. There is a $10.00 Registration fee, $40.00 buyer’s fee per sold vehicle and Delivery fee $60.00.
